SClock: Synchronize the local system clock
SClock reads the current date and time from the remote machine and sets this
time on the local machine. You can save this time to battery backed up clock,
if present.
In fact this is the same work as does the standard AmiTCP command SynClock,
but SClock has no need for the TCP: device, the inet-handler and is much faster
(no REXX).
